Crystal Castles (I) "Dilemna. Dilemna? Dilemma? Oh heck..."

It was the big night. Jordan had found out about a Crystal Castles gig in Seattle, and since Boba had a dough-flow from Eagle award congratulation and birthday presents, he bought tickets. And so, they were making the final preparations to innondate their eardrums with the antics of Ethan Kath and Alice Glass, when Boba had a fashion emergency....

I'm a Christian. I make no secret of it. Still, I can't deny the humor value of some of my more secluded bruthas n sistas in Christ. Is it nice? Maybe not. That's why I'm generalizing their antics as Culturally Oblivious Far-Right Christian Girl. Updates to the cast page will come soon.

Oh, so this thing...

I've just gotta say, English 102 is a bi... llyclub. Halfway through my paper, I realized that half of the supporting evidence for my paper on wetland protection policies was completely shot to heck because the information I had been told was true was irrelevant. The microbes that digest crude oil and have helped clean up the wetlands on the gulf coast aren't naturally-occurring, but introduced by man in previous oil disasters. So now I'm scrambling to replace those pages with something by Monday morning.

Sometimes such frustrations only become worse the more you focus on them, so I took a break for an hour or so and started putting this together.

Insecure, much?

Just for a bit of backstory, Cassie was in a production of Steel Magnolias, which if you are not familiar with it is a depressing play about a girl in a small southern town who has diabetes, is told by the doctor not to have kids, and goes and has one anyway. It hit me particularly hard because it was a very similar story to that of my dear cousin Therese... so that's why I was crying. Anyway. While waiting for Cassie to come out so I could say hi and offer my congratulations and such, I talked to some people I haven't seen since I was in a production of Seussical with them last spring. This was an actual conversation, more or less. Just... blown out of proportion. You know. Sometimes I wonder if these explanations actually add anything to these comics, or if I should just shut up because honestly I have the feeling no one reads the text and just go straight to the comic. At any rate, I think I've probably had too much coffee for as late as it is and the caffeine is inspiring this long, drawn-out rambling so maybe I should just
